This mat is a good size, though having two would be ideal for a lot of uses if I had the space. I use it for stretching in the morning and 4 ft is a bit narrow for my widest moves. In any case, the material seems to be of good quality, the firmness is just right for me, as I imagine it would be for gymnastics or grappling. I've only had it for several days so I don't know yet how well it will hold up or if it will mush out.
