This yoga mat suited a purpose - I needed a mat quickly for during lockdown and it arrived within a couple of days. However it is not going to be long lasting as it’s already marked from where my child has used it (finger nails) and dog walked on it (claws). It’ll do for now but I’ll certainly have to look at spending more to get the use out of a mat that I wanted.This is exactly the mat I was looking for. its slightly on the thicker side and I love that since you cant really really the ground underneath you. Perfect for yoga or woking out at home. The only thing I would say is that it kind of sticks to your skin if you put too much pressure on it. For example, I do yoga with this mat, and after the downward dog, the hands stick to the mat. Still worth it though.C'est la bonne épaisseur pour faire du yoga. mais le tapis est fragile, au bout de 3 semaines il a déjà des trous dedans.
